Digital Delivery Policy

Delivery is automatic and immediate. As soon as PayPal confirms your payment you are redirected to a secure success page containing your invoice number and download links, typically within a few seconds of completing checkout.

Two channels, always both: (1) an on-screen redirect to your order success page with direct download links and workspace duplication links, and (2) an automated confirmation email sent to the address entered at checkout, containing the same access plus your receipt.

Depending on the product: Google Sheets or Excel workbooks, Notion workspace duplication links, JSON automation blueprints, PDF setup documentation and MP4 video onboarding guides. Exact formats are listed on each product page before purchase.

Download links remain valid for 30 days and can be re-issued at any time on request. Licences and workspace access are perpetual, including free updates for the life of the product.

If the email does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders for mail from contact@bridgecommerce.online. If it is still missing, email us your PayPal transaction ID and we will re-issue access, normally within one business day and always within three.

A modern browser and, depending on the asset, a free Google, Notion, Microsoft Excel, Zapier or Make account. No installation is required and no software is bundled with any download.
