Terms of Service

By placing an order you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

Each purchase grants a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for commercial purposes within one legal entity, or for one client engagement if you are an agency or consultant.

You may modify, extend and adapt the files freely for that permitted use. Team and multi-entity licences are available on request at contact@bridgecommerce.online.

You may not, in original or modified form:

(a) resell, sublicense, rent or give away the files; (b) publish them on template marketplaces, file-sharing sites or public repositories; (c) present them as your own product or template library; or (d) use them to create a competing digital product for sale.

Breach of this section terminates your licence immediately and without refund.

Products are delivered electronically and immediately upon payment confirmation, via an on-screen download link and an automated confirmation email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading the files.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal; ECOMS BRIDGE LLC is the merchant of record and appears as such on your statement. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect completed orders.

Please email contact@bridgecommerce.online with your order number before opening a PayPal dispute or a card chargeback. We respond to refund requests within two business days and resolve legitimate defect claims in full. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in suspension of access and licence termination.

Products are provided "as is" for business planning and operational use. They are not accounting, legal or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan.
