Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are delivered instantly upon purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction refund policy if the digital file is demonstrably defective or non-functional as advertised. Email contact@bridgecommerce.online with your order number.

Corrupted or unopenable files; broken formulas or automations that prevent the product from working as described; missing components listed on the product page; duplicate or accidental charges; and access that could not be delivered after we attempted to re-issue it.

Change of mind after downloading a functioning file; incompatibility with software or a plan not listed on the product page; requests made more than 14 days after purchase; and requests where the file has been redistributed in breach of the licence.

Email contact@bridgecommerce.online from the address used at checkout, including your order number (format VA-YYYY-NNNNNN), the product name and a short description or screenshot of the defect. We acknowledge within one business day and decide within two.

Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. Upon refund, the licence for the refunded product terminates and any copies must be deleted.

Orders can be cancelled at any time before payment is completed by leaving the checkout page. Because delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation — the refund process above applies instead. We do not operate subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel after purchase.

We ask that you contact us before filing a PayPal dispute. Nearly every case is resolved faster by email, and we honour valid defect claims in full.
